Overview

One day, Jeff finds an old bowler hat at an antique shop. The hat belonged to an eccentric old gentleman, keeper of the true history of the small post-industrial town. When Jeff puts on the hat, he sees ghosts from the town's glory days. These visions help Jeff reveal his own personality.
