Overview

Following the death of her father, Belekmaa moves into his shepherd’s encampment. She is living through the first serious bereavement in her life and she hopes to see her father at least in her dreams, up to the day when, according to the Tuvan tradition, the spirit of the deceased will be sated and given an ultimate send-off.
