Overview
The 30-minute short documentary, directed by Rayda Lima, with support from Profª. Ma. Matania Surui, following the research lines of Prof. Me. Winurru Surui, listening to the older wise men, brings the narratives of various leaders of the Aikewara indigenous people about their deterritorialization, the demarcation of the Sororó Indigenous Land and the impacts they suffered during the period of the Araguaia Guerrilla* and with the construction of the road OP-2, today BR - 153. This film will serve as an accessible information tool to preserve the memory and appreciation of the present time.
