Overview
Bullet Satyam is about a villager who has a strong desire to become an MPTC in his village. Satyam gets married to Premalatha and leads a happy life. Meanwhile, when Lata's father is going to his village, a gang attacks him and kills Satyam's wife Latha in that attack. Who and why did they kill her? Watch the rest of the mystery!
