Overview
Cyril Delmas practices the art of traditional baking by making a natural sourdough dough and baking in a wood-fired oven as was done in bakeries until the 1950s. In a process of transmission and to archive this heritage in the collective memory, Cyril Delmas plans to include "The Art of Bread" in the cultural heritage of UNESCO.
