Overview
Joy Chatterjee, a skilled but struggling film director, marries the ambitious Rina. Though Joy loves her dearly, his lack of wealth frustrates Rina, who secretly begins an illicit affair. Unaware, Joy diligently works, waiting for the day he can afford biryani for his wife. When his fortune finally changes, he buys the biryani for Rina and returns home. It is at this moment that a series of dramatic events begins to unfold.
