Overview

The story of a 33-year-old woman of some beauty named Badi’a Badran, whose mental development is stuck at the level of an 8-year-old. Badi’a lives with her extremely frugal grandmother, who suffers from Alzheimer’s disease. Over time, the grandmother hands over a suitcase containing one million dollars to her granddaughter Badi’a, and from there, the young-at-heart but physically mature woman begins her journey amid the scrutiny and greed of those around her, including her gambler brother.
