Barangay San Bartolome

Overview

After receiving a report about his city’s barangays, Mayor Jomar finds that one of the least leading Barangays, Barangay San Bartolome, is now thriving, with a high success rate. He reminisces about its past, the filth and the state the Barangay was in, and how he met a teenager named Alex spray painting one of the dirty walls in the alleys. Because of him, he gets an idea of using Murals to make the Barangay look cleaner, as well as make an innovation plan.
