Friends and strangers, lifelong friends and sworn enemies, our territory and the enemy's territory. These are the thoughts that Aikhal, the leader of a rural gang, lives with. He's torn between life in the gang, with its violence and fights, and school life—with exams, love, and the future. Aikhal's frivolity and short temper will lead to great difficulties not only in his own life, but also in the life of his younger brother, Darkhan.
