Arctic Mirage - Echo from the North

Overview

Tristan Visser is a musician always interested in the sound of water, ice and underwater sea life and using these sounds in the music he creates. Especially the songs of the Bowhead Whale. He has been using some recordings he received via another musician a few years ago and has been using it for sound installations and his performances but now he has the opportunity to record these amazing animals himself. He will travel the Northwest Passage by sailboat and this way he can record all kinds of amazing sounds from the Arctic and hopefully the Bowhead whale.
