Overview

Many of these images were shot by foreign filmmakers who also helped train Mozambican operators, as is the case with some Canadian filmmakers whose voices are rescued by Catarina Simão in her film Archives du changement, in which explores the relationship of these Canadian activists and filmmakers with the liberation movements of the 1960s. Likewise, this research work was completed with the recovery, restoration and digitization of many forgotten films by these authors.
