Overview
The story of Anita López, a lifelong socialist activist inspired by her father, agrarian leader Machi López, who was murdered in front of her. At just thirteen, during a massive protest in the Yaqui Valley, Anita vowed to continue his fight. She soon joined the General Union of Workers and Campesinos, becoming a key figure in the struggle for campesino rights and women's rights.
