“This video was inspired by my great-aunt who lived on Clacton-on-Sea in Essex, which is a seaside place that for me represents a space in-between. In the work I wanted to highlight the more emotional element of in the offing, of things to come, that are in the future and are getting closer, whether that’s a positive or a negative.”
