Overview
Legend has it that two of the members of The Beatles traveled to Oaxaca in 1969 to meet the shaman María Sabina and, at the same time, try her healing mushrooms, and upon their return to Mexico City they made a stop in Tepetlixpa, a small town in the State of Mexico that was marked by this visit, so one year after the final separation of the quartet, the Tepetlixpa Plastic Band emerged, which recorded the tribute album Adiós a los Beatles. Premise of the documentary manufactured by the Lerma Unit of the Metropolitan Autonomous University that tells us a peculiar passage from what, for many, is the first tribute album to the Liverpool band in the world.
